We have been very busy getting WildHorse ready and were feeling cooped up here.  Time to get out on the water!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are planning to head to Block Island tomorrow.  The river is almost blocked by a shifting sand island this year, and we will have to time our departure for high tide, so we will be leaving at about 1pm.  Frank Hall Boatyard here is amazing.  They took us out on one of their runabouts today to go look at the pass and we found what we hope is the deepest water.
