We had electricity but no water yet, since the tanks still have antifreeze in them. Peeing in a bucket always builds character. Viva The Groover! We were very happy to have the diesel heater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"IMG_0287.png\" src=\"https:\/\/wildhorse.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/IMG_0287.png\" alt=\"IMG 0287\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/><em>The elegance of boatyard life<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, they picked her up to put some last minute touches of paint on the bottom, prepare the mast, and plan on splashing in the morning bright and early. Since the ladder is gone, tonight we are in a nearby La Quinta, complete with running water.\u2003\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_0295.png\" src=\"https:\/\/wildhorse.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/IMG_0295.png\" alt=\"IMG 0295\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>She\u2019s up in the slings, getting last minute paint. Gotta make sure the bottom of the keel is covered too.
