Meilleurs v\u0153ux des Bahamas pour la nouvelle ann\u00e9e!<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Nous vous souhaitons une tr\u00e8s belle ann\u00e9e 2024, amour, sant\u00e9, joie, pour la p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates et toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e!<\/p>\n

Et oui, nous sommes rendus dans les Bahamas. Il y avait une fen\u00eatre de beau temps de quelques jours, donc nous avons saut\u00e9 sur l\u2019occasion et nous sommes partis de Fort Lauderdale le 26 d\u00e9cembre. La travers\u00e9e de 22 heures s\u2019est bien pass\u00e9e et nous vous \u00e9crivons pr\u00e9sentement de Great Harbor Marina, Berry Islands. Apres avoir navigue de Rhode Island jusqu’en Nouvelle Ecosse, de retour aux \u00c9tats Unis, puis la navigation vers le sud jusqu’a Fort Lauderdale, nous sommes tr\u00e8s contents d\u2019\u00eatre finalement arriv\u00e9s dans les Bahamas!<\/p>\n

Pour Noel nous avons pass\u00e9 la soir\u00e9e du 24 d\u00e9cembre a Fort Lauderdale en compagnie de navigateurs canadiens et qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois. Repas de boulettes, cretons, mille-feuilles, etc….tout fait maison, avec un twist Floridien bien s\u00fbr, car on a mang\u00e9 des stone crabs en entr\u00e9e. Belle soir\u00e9e en excellente compagnie, avec un mini r\u00e9cital de \ud83c\udfbb violon, merci Jack!<\/p>\n

Pour l\u2019instant on relaxe quelques jours \u00e0 notre marina, pour ensuite explorer un peu plus les iles Berry. Ensuite se sera peut-\u00eatre Nassau (peu probable) ou Eleuthera ou les Exumas. On a trois \u00e0 quatre mois avant de penser au retour donc on peut finalement prendre tout notre temps\u2026<\/p>\n

We wish you the best for 2024: beautiful adventures, fun with friends and family, joy today and always!<\/p>\n

Yes, we made it to the Bahamas! There was 36 hours of decent weather among a long stretch of bad weather and we took the opportunity to cross from Fort Lauderdale to the Berry Islands. The crossing was smooth and took us 22 hours. \u00a0We are happy to be in the Bahamas!<\/p>\n

All is well aboard Wild Horse. We spent a beautiful Christmas in the company of Canadian and Quebec navigators in Fort Lauderdale. We had a traditional Quebecois dinner, all homemade, with p\u00e2t\u00e9, \u201cboulettes\u201d, pastries, with, of course, a Floridian twist: we had delicious stone crabs as an appetizer. Beautiful evening in excellent company, with a mini violin recital \ud83c\udfbb, thanks to Jack!<\/p>\n

For now, we will relax for few days, stay here for the New Year or explore more of the Berry Islands. After that Eleuthera or Exumas. We will be here all winter and early spring, taking our time…<\/p>\n
